The moment that Cruz or Rubio or any other ineligible individual accepts the Presidency or Vice Presidency under illegal circumstances and during war time, that person becomes an instant traitor and spy under 18USC and 10USC. Obama is a spy and a traitor for that reason.

Grayson had better read 18USC, 871 (a). Threats against a party's nominee for President is also a crime. Trump is already under the protection of the Secret Service. In any event, threats of ramming a bomb into "every available orifice" directed against anyone is a crime.

Donald Trump and the other eligible GOP candidates HAVE standing since they are running for the same office. Cody Robert Judy,'08;'12 and '16 Candidate for POTUS sued Obama on those grounds.

As a usurper, Obama is not legally in office. He can be arrested on a warrant in DC and tried in the USDC-DC for impersonating a public official. Because he usurped the Presidency during time of war, Obama can also be COURT MARTIALED under UCMJ 906.106.

Trump has the best lawyers available. He should not wait until one of the usurpers gets elected. The Supreme Court defined what an NBC was, 140 years ago in Minor v Happersett. An NBC is one born IN the United States to Parents who are both Americans themselves. Trump meets this standard. Cruz,Rubio and Jindal do NOT.

Now is the time. He has standing as a candidate himself. The ineligible GOP candidates are hurting the others. What does Trump do if Rubio or Cruz win? He should not wait.

Rubio,Cruz and Jindal are not eligible. As a candidate for President, Trump does have power or authority. That power is called Standing to sue.
