I haven't even heard of this at all. But I do like books set in space. I'm not sure if I want to read this one or not yet. I might read a sample chapter first. Thanks for your thoughts.

I 100% agree that A Court of Mist And Fury was the best book in this series. I gave this a 5 star read as well. I love Sarah J. Maas and think she is a terrific storyteller. I really enjoyed the side characters and can't wait to read the spin-off's based on them, and I'm really hoping for a Cassian and Nesta spin off. There was a short story between these two in the back of the Hardcover edition of A Court of Mist and Fury that really made me so much more invested in their story and can't wait to read more. Great review, thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Sorry to hear you did't enjoy this one very much. I haven't read it yet. My expectations for this one were pretty high before I read your review. They have lowered now. I still want to read it though, to see for myself. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Such a great idea! There has been so much happening in my life over the last few months I've hardly had time to blog, let alone visit blogs that I love to visit. This is a great way for me to jump back into it. Can't wait to visit all the blogs.

I am trying to be more active too but haven't had that much luck. I have been crazy busy lately, but I am going to try harder.

This book sounds like it will be amazing, but this is the second review I have read to day that was less than impressed. I like a fast paced book, so it is a shame that the pacing is so slow - and at 500 pages, that book is huge. I think I'll still read it though, to see if I like it. I'm yet to read anything of Bracken's, I have all her books on my to-read list, and they sound really good, so hopefully I can enjoy them when I eventually get to them.

I love YA fantasy so I'm very interested in giving this one a try. It sounds fairly interesting, especially with the people with powers being the ones defeated, when you'd think it would be the other way around. I love romance in my fantasies so I'm interested to read the relationship between Em and Cas myself. And I can't pass up a girl with a sword!
