The congress could survive the complicit charge by claiming they depended upon the direction they received form the Congressional Research Service that advised them Obama was constitutionally eligible and they would get away with it because we patriots would be so pleased with their willingness to complete Sheriff Arpaio's investigation and exspose the truth, their complicity to date would quickly be forgiven. Congress has taken no action on the forgery issue only because we patriots have not unified and demanded it.

The truth alone, properly exposed by a House appointed impeachment special prosecutor with direction to complete Sheriff Arpaio’s excellent work that proves probable cause exists that Obama’s identifying documents are all forgey’s would prevail, produce worldwide media publicity and our local media would be forced to report on the subject, our cowardly talk radio experts such as Limbaugh, Levin, Hannity etc. could then talk about it and the public would no longer be stupid and impeachment or criminal prosecution of both Holder and Obama could succeed.

There is only one way to force the Reid Senate to allow us to get rid of this treasonous agent of foreign allegiance and that is for the Judiciary Committee to take up the excellent and irrefutable work of Sheriff Arpaio that will show this usurper to be the criminal fraud that he truly is. Only a fully informed public, by Congress, of this truth, along with these articles of impeachment, will force the Senate to abandon this Half Black Communist Mentored Muslim Usurper.
The same is true for Obama’s sycophant mainstream media.
This guy fails to separate the criminal/impeachment investigative powers of the US House from the final act of the vote to impeach and we all know the odds are heavy that the Reed Senate will not convict. There is no better way to inform and gain the public support this guy says we must have than having the house expose this usurper for the criminal fraud that he truly is by acknowledging and finishing the work of Sheriff Arpaio and his law enforcement verification that the usurpers birth certificate and Selective Service card are forgeries and is using a stolen Social Security number. Does this guy disagree that these instruments and images are forgeries??? Is it not a serious crime to produce a forged public document and used by someone to qualify for a federal position??? Has this guy ever examined and debunked the work of Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse??? The truth alone, properly investigated and exposed by the House, will prevail. We don’t need the Senate to complete that vital step.
I admired the guy as a whistleblower but he isn’t worth a crap as a political strategist.
