Bill Still is talking about a District Court case in 1936 - United States v. Perkins, 17 F S 117 it address Wong v Ark language that foreign children can only be naturalized.

Does anyone know if this case was ever appealed? It's less compelling than SCOTUS cases Minor and Wong.

What part of "it was never doubted" in Minor can't he understand? Common Core law?

The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

Unless Trump AND at least one other credible source (major media outlet, Hillary or Bernie, State court or someone who cant' be discarded as a partisan) the correct fact he is ineligible won't make a dent.

However, since Cruz has allowed himself to be branded as the "righeous and decent" candidate" this actually CAN make a difference. When the proof become irrefutable, the core of his support will wilt like a daisy in hell. Glenn Beck has already said as much. Without donors, and volunteers, Cruz can't continue his charade of pretending he has this great following. NO ONE will believe a PR poll saying he is tied Trump when his real support is less than 20%.

Therefore, if true (and I believe there is substantial objective evidence to say it is), it is VERY important that this become the subject. If only because it will get attention where the citizenship issue will not.

I don't think it's an accident Sheriff Joe endorsed Trump. It looks petty if Cruz is close - but if he gets far enough ahead, he could say he's doing it to clear up the issue once and for all.

Moreover - I really believe Trump will investigate and prosecute current white house when he gets in . Sheriff Joe for Attorney General!!

There are only 4 questions we need to be asking these people to begin cornering them in their deflection - especially the Cruz camp. And we can engage supporters as well saying, "your candidate says we must have proof immigrants have a right to b here before we give them benefits. Do you agree or disagree?" LIsten - anyone educated enough to read a history book knows that separation of church and state is NOT constitutional. I'd cut JFK a little slack as even most CHRISTIANS at the time didn't know what the Constitution did or didn't say. Christians at that point in time had abandoned politics as something unholy.

But keep up this stupid religion and sex talk.. And I hope you like it when Obama starts taking away websites like this in his next 4 years. You want to GUARANTEE an Obama win? Vote Santorum and keep this clown talking about everything EXCEPT what every American will VOTE ON which is Jobs, and the Economy.
