Maybe you should change your business model if you can't compete with on-line sales. Big business is lobbying for this. DUH! Amazon supports it for crying out loud. Why do you think that is? They know it will put a lot of small business owners out of business because small business owners can not afford to hire someone to keep up with collecting taxes.. Customers already have an added cost of shipping which is more than sales tax. It's usually about 1/3 more,sometimes 1/2 more. If an item cost $12.00, shipping will cost at least $4.00,probably more. I don't buy a lot of things on line for that reason, shipping costs. Consumers will pay this tax and they will tax us till our eyes bleed. If you support this tax or any tax, you are no conservative. So, don't claim to be.

Restricting pets has already been discussed. Carbon is not a serious issue. It's made up so new taxes can be imposed and new restrictions on our freedoms can be instilled. This is all about making money and control. Aren't you even aware the whole universe is getting hotter? It's not about carbon. Just how far are you willing to go for this artificial problem. Should we put newborns to sleep? Should there be a world wide ban on babies? Maybe we should cull the millions of useless eaters in Africa who beg for food? What do you contribute to the world?
