The clothes/costumes of the special Smurfs such as Smurfette and Jokey have been buggy for a while. You should contact Beeline support about this so they hopefully be able to fix it soon - I don't think there is something you can do yourself to fix it.

You need to buy Jokey's Don Smurfo costume for 20 SB. You can find it in the structures menu.

If you have lost your VIP Status you need to contact Beeline support so they can "resend" it to you

I think it is not so easy to program this - hopefully it will eventually happen as many players have been asking Beeline to add this feature.

It can be both - this often has been happening when an new update is out as this puts a lot of demand on the Beeline servers but there also have been times when the Game Center System was down. I have not heard anything official regarding either, so if this continues you should contact Beeline support, but usually issues like that go away after a couple of days.

You can open a ticket with Beeline support and have them give it back to you.
