It is critical to do an inventory of the current talents within the organization in order to determine which extra skills the employees need to learn. The company develops an AI strategy that outlines the areas where AI is most effective, whether in a product or a service. Failure to act means inevitably falling behind. The training should include an introduction to AI, its capabilities, and its shortcomings (AI is only as good as its training data).
