oh I wasn't hardly offended. I actually don't even really put stock into blog titles. I ACTUALLY read the posts. sometimes LOL. today was one of those good reading days. but really this was a good post and I did think I might be all of those things except patient. it wasn't until I read the comments was reminded this is supposed to be telling me/us/the undefined "you" what I'm not. OH. and you tried it talking about this aint about yall... really sir? its not. we aint the public? lol. the need to defend it is really what brought it to my attention... :-)

This was a great post, except the Swizz slander. I love him and I actually think he's attractive (I like tall skinny guys what can I say?) I also dig his artsy ways! I am fine with never hearing him rap, ever but I won't diss the dude that produced some of the hits of my young adult years. sure won't do it. I have no comment on Lauryn Hill. true because one of my exes was an Alpha man literally and I remember being told once when we were dating "why are you reaching for the check? don't ever reach for it unless you want to pay it. and since I'm treating you, I'm paying" I told him I was curious how much it was (I genuinely was) he told me "well don't be, I got you" and I haven't ever reached or looked at a check I had no intentions on paying, every since. if I reach, its not a pump fake, I'm treating you. regardless of expense. period. I haven't had any issues thus far with this method... ya girl isn't reaching for a check. I might offer to pay tip, or if we're going for ice cream, movies, drinks--basically a 2pt to the date I may pay for that. but I'm not reaching for that dinner check.
