I also like The Muppets version where Kermit is singing about Miss Piggy. The classic mondegreen that I heard and I know many others did too was Jimi Hendrix singing, "Excuse me while I kiss this guy." And then there was the Hot Chocolate song, "I believe in Marigolds." When I was a kid, my sister thought the song called, "Walk A Mile In My Shoes," was really, Guacamole My Shoes. I cannot poke too much fun of her for that because I always get the lyrics wrong. I am still convinced that The Kinks song, "Lola" really says, "Well I'm not the world's most masculine man but I know what I am and IN BED I'm a man and so is Lola." I have been told over and over by many that this is not what is being sung. he is supposedly singing, "I am glad I'm a man and so is Lola."
