True, that's a code name for a Mozilla project, their final name for it is "Add-ons SDK". We also checked with Mozilla before naming it Jetpack and they were cool with it: http://jetpack.me/faq/#name

This stat actually originated from Dries Buytaert of Aquia during a Drupal presentation, where they looked at the top 1 million sites on the web, and saw that 8.5% were powered by WordPress: http://www.slideshare.net/duoconsulting/drupal-wo... @tina -- WordPress.com is running WordPress 3.0 in multi-site mode. Automattic takes care of maintaining and always updating the code for WordPress.com - often daily -- so there is no need for manual upgrades.
