Left, Right & Center - KCRW : The National Conversation Sparked by the Tragedy in Tuscon - Left, Right & Center on KCRW

JC7 is spot-on regarding high-capacity clips. I doubt Tony could make a birdhouse. Another way to illustrate this point: If I lock my door, any criminal who really wants to could learn how to pick locks or even break down the door so I may as well just leave the door unlocked. Or the would-be criminal, finding my door locked, might just go away. It is worth noting that the Second Amendment doesn't say anything about bullets. And of course all discussion and Supreme Ct. opinion completely ignores the first half, "A well regulated militia[,] being necessary to the security of a free State," which contains the part that would entail "regulating" the ownership of weapons. What regulated militia would even allow someone like the shooter to carry a weapon?
