Gah! I'm dying to read this! I have no idea why I didn't pick it up when I grabbed my next book, but now I really can't wait! Great review!

Yeah I do something similar. I added a 'want to read' shelf to differentiate with the 'to read' shelf. That way I can still keep track of those books I've 'discovered' vs. those books are on my reading to do list. Glad to see I'm not alone!

Very bright pictures! I do plan on reading this; I don't think I've seen a negative review of it yet!

Wow! How much fun! I'm dying to travel again--my last trip was to Budapest and London but that was almost TWO years ago! Traveling is good for the soul

It's very annoying that the only side of the 'bullying' that really gets any attention is the reviewer to the author, and not the other way around. There a re a few issues with this whole Goodreads things but it is interesting.

You always have the cutest seasonal designs!

I have also been confronted by people who don't believe that listening counts. I like listening to them when the radio is just not cutting it. I find that it forces me to keep moving through a text instead of stumbling over the same paragraph. The narrator forces you along.

Good luck with the transition!! I love the autumn layout, btw.

I just got a few contributors for my blog through personal friendships and acquaintances. I'm very excited about them and I really like that I know them personally. My hope is that as I get more contributors, some will want to become more involved so it can be evolving role into perhaps a co-blogger in the future. I'd rather make sure someone enjoys it first and then slowly evolve the role instead of having someone join and then drop out. :)

Oh no! That sucks...I'll be honest, while I have never read any of Gregory's books, I've had a perception that I would enjoy her historical fiction. Good to know that perhaps this one should be approached with lower expectations. :)
