The hypocrisy involved is often not mentioned. After all, at the heart of the Leftist or Progressive oppositions to the Arizona law is the belief that the police officers will act out their racist inclinations and not be able to properly enforce the law (without racial profiling). So the Progressives are worried that the illegal immigrants will not have contact with the police officers whom they are certain are racists, just chomping at the bit to round up la Raza.
