Breakfast the most important meal of the day so we dont rush our breakfast but if we must oat meal steamed ham and frut solves it for us.

I made something similar to this. I printed out nice positive quotes on a colored paper placed it on a jar and I let each of the family member to open one message each day. It sure does brighten our day. :)
