Tell us, which Clinton do you think actually hatched the plan? Was it Bill himself? Hillary? Do you think maybe even Chelsea thought that one up or do you think maybe as a child, she tried to exercise independent thought against doing something like that but that Hillary gave her "the look" and Chelsea knew her role as lookout was already determined?
