Thanks for sharing! Those shelves look great; it must be inspiring having all that color and texture out in plain view.

The beginning is difficult, and it's okay to say so. Sleeping and nursing WILL get easier. It's a great idea to treasure these little moments of bliss, newborn phase and beyond!

Happy Birthday, Beatrix!
Something about Beatrix so reminds me of my daughter (nearly 2). They both have that same sweet yet zesty look in their eyes! Precious yet challenging, eh?!

Lovely color! I am still waiting on my yarn to arrive (Sweet Georgia bulky) and will join in when I can. I'm all for a casual knitalong!

There's something so sweet about little girls and ballet... I hope yours have a fun time!
My shop is next to a ballet school and I love watching all the wee ladies in their tutus skip by on their way to class!

Ha! Howard's End just played a very important part in the relationship of two characters in the book I'm reading this week. Love it when things like this happen!

You're not crazy unless things start to get really uncomfortable/exhausting for you in the last couple of weeks. I think you'll be glad for the distraction of work, though. I remember waking up every day for the last month thinking "Is today the day?!" it was tiring!

I'll join in! I've been planning on making my daughter this sweater for the winter, and I can always use the support and motivation of a KAL!
