re: recharging CO2-

Check out homebrew supply places. They often will do cylinder exchanges, and carry fittings for the equipment. You could also go through restaurant supply places, but they are usually less user-friendly for the average non-commercial consumer. Or go direct to the source and find an industrial gas supplier.

Sorry... the talk of compressed gases just set me into dad-mode.
