Why is this so hard for the producers of this show to understand? I am not interested in a design- themed "survivor" type show. This season is bringing out the lowest common denominator, and it's truly painful to watch this talentless group of people scrambling to make something out of these ridiculous challenges. No time, no budget, no resources = no results. It's time to step up to the challenge or...eliminate Design Star, for good. I like David, he's entertaining and likable on camera. Unfortunately, his bag of design "tricks" is getting old and I'm not seeing anything from him lately that would rate as truly impressive design. Which brings me to Design Star and their miserable excuse for talent this season... I am truly appalled, as are so many others, that these so called "design professionals" made it past thousands of other contestants. Who are they kidding? I thought season 4 was light years better.
