The Real Estate Bloggers : Mort Zuckerman says "Home Prices Will Decline For Years"

Supply constrained markets is a key phrase. Land locked cities like Manhattan NY - you can't make anymore of them. Leawood Kansas in Kansas City or Mission Hills KS are examples in my neck of the woods. There is nowhere for those cities to grow so the supply is constrained.

I cannot, frankly, say I am sorry for his loss. If he was too busy to research or too arrogant to follow the advice of competent real estate professional, then tough toenails.

Great article. The cartoon is pretty nice. Maybe for 2001 to 2012 you can have the flat scree traded out for twines or whatever the hot tablet is at the time. Or maybe a smartphone. Thank you again.

The Phoenix Real Estate Guy : Real Life Real Estate Stories: The Angry Caller

Hi Jay, Pretty funny - I know its true because as a 15 year real estate veteran myself, I get those calls too. Another of my favorites is Caller: "how come XYZ competitors website is still showing the OLD price on my house?" Me: probably because they did not want to pay for a high speed and frequent data feed - aren't you glad you choose to work with me? (smile through the phone). By the way you did a really great job on the webinar a few weeks ago. Wonderful. My recent post Links of Lionsgate OP KS real estate market update Nov 30 2010
