Supply constrained markets is a key phrase. Land locked cities like Manhattan NY - you can't make anymore of them. Leawood Kansas in Kansas City or Mission Hills KS are examples in my neck of the woods. There is nowhere for those cities to grow so the supply is constrained.

Hi Jay, Pretty funny - I know its true because as a 15 year real estate veteran myself, I get those calls too. Another of my favorites is Caller: "how come XYZ competitors website is still showing the OLD price on my house?" Me: probably because they did not want to pay for a high speed and frequent data feed - aren't you glad you choose to work with me? (smile through the phone).
