Of cause being fit gives me more strength and stamina, but staying fit for years make that kind of permanent (so if I drop for several months nothing happens, stretching results disappears much faster).
And after 30 I've been having my fair share of health problems, I can't even say I'm much healthier then other girls my age. Everything is more lifted and hard.
I know that this is not super-motivating, but I think that unrealistic expectation do more harm than good. Being fit make you look better and be stronger, helps to maintain stable weight, but this is pretty much it. I think that this is good enough. )

Mimi Holliday super plunges (which are actually what you call balcony style) work really well on me, as well as Masquerade Tiffany Plunge (it's discontinued, but sometime appear on e-bay), I also tried Fauve Lucia padded half-cup, which has vertical seem construction, and it worked pretty well (again it's discontinued, but you can try e-bay and amazon). Masquerade Rhea was quite poor fit out of the box, but I loved it too much to send it back, so I have it altered (moved straps closer together and cut wires).

I tried to bend wires of three different bras, two of them I bent to make wires wider (Freya Ashley which is striped Deco and Simone Perele 3D Revelation and they bent beautifully), I also tried to bend out wires of my Masquerade Rhea, so it didn't poke and had no luck (I used weights and I used pliers, but they bounced back, so I ended up cutting them).

I 32E mostly and I have very similar shape, so from my experience: the best bra ever is Mimi Holliday Super Plunges (If I were you I would go for 30F in them may be even 30FF in certain colorways, Berry Fest runs especially small, e. g.), some Fauve halfcups might also work (but go for smaller size there), I tried Lucia and it it was fab, but it was sister size in bigger band, so I haven't bought it, and I was unable to find it for the reasonable price in the colorway I like. Masquerade Tiffany is also good, but it discontinued, although you can find it on ebay.

I totally love my professional cuticle nipper, for the dry skin near the sides of my nails (it's always dry no matter how many products I apply on my hands), it's very sharp and precise.
Wire free mouse and keyboard.
LED flashlight keychain torch (you can got 10 of them om ebay for $5) and they totally help with opening a door in the dark.
Silicone spatulas (oh.. so much better with high temperatures than nylon or plastic).

I was thinking about Rhea quite some time. Definitely worth a try!
Curvy Kate wasn't my cup of tea because all those pretty balconettes are incompatible with my prominent breast bone (I need my central gore to be higher or lower). Most half-cups create the same problem for me, but I think if I find pretty half cup cheap enough I can try to do wire clipping and cautioning.
My experience with Freya bras is basically the same, but I do have some success with Deco (I bent out wires to make cups wider and it worked pretty good).

Online shopping is like walking mine field until you have find you go to brands and styles (after that you end up with "doesn't fit" 1 of 3 or 4 times instead of almost every time), so help of an experienced fitter would be valuable. And for international customers it's even more valuable, because returns for us much pricier.
