I feel so accomplished, as I have read half of these! I am the only person in the world who didn't love AJ Fikry, but Yes Please was one of my favorites last year. How to Be Both is simply brilliant. It's exceptional. Perhaps it will reappear on the Bailey's list this year? I hope so.

Good to know--I assumed they would be somewhat lighter too (because of the covers?) I'm even more excited now!

I've heard such great things about these books. I think it will be my next mystery series to start!

I'm really intrigued by this novel. I adore Graham, and you've definitely sold me on listening to it on audio.

Florinda, thanks for all the time you put into this effort! I'm thrilled with my buddy and am really looking forward to this experience. After a chaotic few months, it came at the perfect time for me to re-commit and focus on reading and reviewing again. Bless you, your idea, and your efforts!

I struggled with this one. I adored her writing, but the story wasn't as strong as I'd hoped. I was a little surprised it won the Orange Prize.

I've been meaning to read Allegra Goodman for years, and Intuition sounds fantastic. Thanks for the tip!

I read my first Tyler earlier this year (The Beginner's Goodbye) and didn't care for the novel, but I loved her writing. It sounds like this one would be a good one to pick up next. Thanks!

I'm a huge fan of Dave and really loved this one. I'd recommend you check out The Divorce Party next. It's my least favorite of her work, but I still love it, and it was two narrators, a younger one and an older one. London is the Best City in America is a wonderful coming of age novel, and it's perhaps my favorite of hers, but it's similar in style to The First Husband. Enjoy!

I loved this one too, and it's also my favorite Patchett. I think it's her best, followed closely by Run. I'll be reading her other three novels (Patron Saint of Liars, Taft, and The Magician's Assistant) this year and cannot wait. Enjoy!
