I'm glad you are happier now. All the "what ifs" and "should haves" are so much baggage and need to be left behind at some point. As a reasonably competent person, failing at something so enormous is hard to accept, but I keep in mind that it wasn't only my failure. While I was part of how we got to a certain point, some choices were his alone. I may never have "justice" but I can have some resolution of my own. I hope you have that, too.

Lala, I swear I wrote a reply a few days ago... What I said then, and I'll say it again today, is that I love hearing your voice getting stronger and stronger as the weeks go by. Neither of us might have wanted to be where we are, but, damn, we're making it look good!

I swear I replied a few days ago... I have no intention of driving off a cliff. Pushing him off a cliff sounds tempting every now and then, but I have no desire to go to prison over him. Although, I'd probably have a more active sex life in prison than I do now... No, still not worth it.
