I think honesty is the most important policy - though I know myself I've occasionally forgotten to write a little disclaimer, so if its only an occasionally oversight on the bloggers part I wouldn't mind too much. I do add in the disclaimer as soon as I realise though!

I aslo blame ASA a little as actually there ae loopholes which means you can be paid for a post and not have to disclose it - if you are told exactly what to write, you have to disclose, but if you have control then you don't. Hence a brand that just asks that you mention them in a post for £X but doesn't want you to disclose technically is fine. Not the best policy, and not something I condone, but true! x

Great tips - I feel the same way. I've also found that if switching to salad there's no point in piling my plate high with leaves as they just aren't enjoyable. A teeny bit of olive oil makes all the different, half a baked pitta sliced up adds crunch, a little cheese adds salt and protein. I have to say, I've switched to a low carb but higher protein diet which includes more fat and I'm loving it. When I've dieted before I've cut out most carbs and fat, but now my skin is glowing and I'm feeling great! x

I've recently found your blog (hence the random comments on older posts!) and I'm really enjoying it! One of my resolutions is to get more involved in the blogging world too :) x

All of that food looks amazing! I definitely like to plan my days around food, probably more than I should...

I'm thinking black beans (my favourite!) would work well, so as soon as my holidays are over I'll be giving it a go!

I really like the idea of this recipe (though I'll need to play around with the bean part - I'm seriously allergic to tomatoes!). I've never eaten 'frozen veg' other than peas, but I'm interested in using it in recipes like this. I may have to buy a bag!
