Not a bad idea, actually. It's so attention-grabbing that most people wouldn't expect anyone to even try to smuggle things in it, and it doesn't even look like a plausible vehicle for such on top of that.

It's a play on the Obama Was Born in Kenya nonsense, where they made up accusations and insisted he had to disprove them rather than their having to prove them. By the same token, Ted Cruz is the Zodiac Killer, and if he's not, it's on him to prove it.
