I can' t agree with you more heartily about the fantastic nature of the costumes in Game of Thrones. It just goes from strength to strength!
I do adore Sansa's clothing, particularly once she gets to King's Landing. She has the most stunning hair and it looks incredible in the braided hairstyles that are so fashionable in the city. I love some of the softer looks she begins to wear as she and Margaery start to spend more time together. Margaery also has some incredible outfits and I think her style begins to rub off on Sansa a little.

Awwww yeah girl! There are so many fabulous ideas on this list. I've never seen anyone cosplay something from American Horror Story before, and Coven is my favourite season. I can't wait to see you dressed up as Silk Spectre, I'm sure you'll look amazing! Rock on!

What a stellar year you've had! I think I agree with you about your best costume, your Dothraki Daenerys was my favourite of all. I can't wait to see what you've got in store for the year to come, and it would be great to read some more style posts inspired by the other members of the GoT cast.

Ooooh, your Snow White outfit is so pretty. I'd really like to take part in Nerdvember next year, it looks as though it would be so much fun.

Planning ahead and taking breaks are vital. It definitely helps to step away from the computer and do something outside with actual people to give your brain a rest.

Another thing that I found really helpful was developing some simple regular features. I do a Daily Outfit post each Tuesday and Things I Love Thursday. I've also just signed up for Five Fandom Friday. My readers love these posts and they're easy to write so I don't feel bogged down in work. And I can fill in the gaps in my schedule with more labour-intensive posts.

Thank you for sharing that Grumpy Cat post. I've often felt sorry for Tardar Sauce. It can't be easy to be schlepped all around the country and passed from stranger to stranger so that they can have their photo taken with her. My cat freaks out if there are more than three people in a room at any given time, I can imagine how distressing it must be for Grumpy Cat to be constantly surrounded by people and noise.

I nearly spat coffee on my keyboard when I saw that GoT Doge shirt. That's priceless!

I am so jealous. This looks like a seriously cool night. And your costume is sensational. You nailed Columbia's makeup!

You look so beautiful! It's a shame that the dress didn't turn out as you'd hoped they would. I've been putting off my Roxy Richter cosplay for years because I haven't been able to find the perfect tights to wear with it. I'm so fussy! But I know what it's like to walk around in a costume that you aren't 100% happy with.

I still think you did an amazing job though. I am blown away with the belt and the shoulder pieces. Are they seriously just made from hot glue? Amazing.

You look fantastic! My favourite Archer character is Pam, so I was super excited to see this cosplay.

I can totally relate to what you're saying about wanting to make the details of your cosplay spot-on so that it doesn't just look like office clothing. I cosplay as Tank Girl and sometimes I worry that I just look like a nutty chick that's running around in cutoffs and a funny hat. Lately I've added a few really specific details to my costume, to make sure that people know I'm in costume. And the response has been great!
