That's the thing--a dictator has to be willing to kill everyone to stay in power.You give the peasants even a little hope, your finished running a nation in a totalitarian way. It's like that scene in "Scarface" where he did not kill his enemy on the West Side Highway cause he had kids the car. That showed weakness and he was finished. These thugs only understand power and it might be a good idea for someone to arm the protestors in Libya and Bahrain and Iran. Time to get serious about getting rid of the monsters.
