Hey, Joanna! Thanks! I've been hoping you haven't given up on your blog. I need to make a point of commenting on your posts. I always enjoy them, but don't often comment.

It's so easy to let months go between blog entries... I'm hoping this will help me and that will be neat if you decide to give it a try yourself. As an inbound marketing certified professional, I tell customers that in order to be a success a blog should have at least two new posts a week and that statistics show that 100% of businesses that publish multiple blog posts per day receive business through their blogs. I don't care about my blog being a "success" or about getting business from it, but it really doesn't look good for my blog to be so neglected. My business' blog is even worse and I'm planning to rectify that soon as well. That one does need to start helping me pay the bills.

Regarding your question, there is a lot to membership and that's something I'll be exploring more when I get back from my sabbatical so I'm not yet prepared to fully explain because I can't. I also want to re-read Stop Dating the Church because there's a lot in the book that I didn't absorb the first time, so I'm hesitant to explain the thoughts that I drew from the book. However, the short answer is that the most obvious change would be in what I would expect of myself and that is a greater commitment and sense of ownership in what goes on within the church. I think I'm going to have to leave it at that for now, but I hope that give you an idea and I'll try to explain better in the future. Thanks for asking!

Thanks, Joanna. I appreciate that!

I'm not avoiding your question, but I do want to contemplate it more before I explain, so I'm not going to reply right now but will soon. Thank you for asking.

Thanks! There are some high-priority ones that I'm starting with. Basically, unless I can implement a couple, there's no way I can implement some others. Therefore, those couple are the ones I'm starting with. I'll slowly phase in the others. Usually when I try to make a change for the better I end up failing because I bit off too much at once...

Thanks, Joanna! I love that quote. Someone at the library found it, but didn't know who wrote it. So, I did some digging and discovered the source. I, too, am happy about Poland's focus on its economy and community. I'm sorry to hear that your town isn't.
