I think a monthly compliation of the best cosplay that month should be how you do it.
People submit cosplay to the email address, and the best get sorted out

And have a maximum of maybe 3 photos per shoot (eg, an applejack cosplayer has 30 photos of their costume in one location, they are only allowed to send in 3 photos)

Treat it like how you post crafts and customs, you never post them more than once, unless that piece been drastically updated. Treat it the same for cosplay.

by doing it only monthly, you'll have a much higher standard of work to have time to receive, as opposed to scrounging around each week for mindblowingly good ones.

And judge the cosplay on how well made it is, how good it looks. Not on the cosplayers physical appearance (make that very clear when you post stuff)
its a touchy subject if people think they're getting rejected because of their own physical features.

If you judge it on accuracy, how well made it is (quality), and how good the photography is (things like, the photos arent grainy, or the subject isnt squinting badly because they didnt think to turn out of the sun) there shouldnt be too much of a problem.

OH MY GOD YES.
I still play Age of empires 2 all the time. I kick flank.
Me and few other people always LAN it at university when we're bored.
And, i finally got my hands on a copy of AOE 3 and was JUST about to install it when i saw this XD

it was expensive. I checked ebay when it was up there.

I make customs. 3 & 4 are mine. I charge about $40 for a custom OC or background pony... I dont really commission clay works like whats posted here....
