Thanks for sharing these wonderful resources. I "discovered" Scripture Typer earlier this year and have found it very helpful. Any helps are appreciated as it seems memorization gets harder as I get older. :-)

I was not raised in a church-going family, but was raised by believers. Praise God my children were raised as Christians, as are my grandchildren. Thank you for this gentle reminder of our many blessings and the grace of our God.

I'm always amazed how helping people with "nothing" helps me more than them. We have much, but sometimes lack the spiritual gifts. God bless the homeless and bless you for helping with their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. May we always be open to learning from others. Thanks for the post!

Oh, that Pharisee manages to sneak into our lives so quietly, doesn't he? I sometimes fear he's the biggest problem with Christianity. Sigh. I have to admit he's visited me more than once. Great article filled with food for thought and impetus for prayer. Thanks!

I'm not a "favorites" person--my favorite varies depending on life's circumstances, but here's one of my favorites: Ephesians 3:16-19 "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." What better prayer can you pray?

Change...most people hate it. I guess they get comfortable in their own little corner of the world. As an Air Force brat, change was the norm for me in my growing up years. If things stay too much the same I get restless and look for something new and challenging. I'm glad you are enjoying your change!
