Looove making a homemade Dutch baby! Often times the kinds in diners and breakfast spots are so loaded with butter/sugar/blegh you end up feeling totally bloated and gross. The fact that you've healthified this chocolate one is incredible! Yummmm. :)

Ahh love Mrs. T's! We had these every now and then when I was growing up and I remember thinking that they were a total treat. I've never had them with a sauce like that, though - I'll have to give 'em a whirl!
