I also tried to get on the Vine bandwagon but my heart just wasn't in it! I was even reluctant to try the IG video function but I like it now. Although, I didn't use it once during my trip to the Netherlands & Spain. I love your feed and I'm following you now!

You're amazing! Your dedication to fitness is inspiring! This morning I took a 6am Barre class and I was so not happy about waking up at 5 but like you said it's such a great feeling when you're done. Oatmeal is my fav after workout meal but whole wheat flax seed walnut pancakes are what I reward myself with after a long run (10+ miles). You sure love Pumpkin.

I think it's great to have a plan and it seems like yours is very well thought out! I'm currently reading Running on Empty by Marshall Ulrich, have you read it? It's incredible what the human body and spirit is capable of.

I'm not usually a fan of nutrition books but I think that one sounds interesting. As far as eating anti-inflammatory foods today I've had: Oatmeal with flax seed meal and blueberries (woo hoo, go me!) I had a cup of coffee (oops) and for lunch I made a cold brown rice salad with veggies and some tuna (plain, no mayo).

Hope you're feeling better soon! I'm just like you, I am very good at rewarding myself with gear or tech stuff as a way of patting myself on the back. The best is when I make myself wait for the reward because then I get way more excited than I should for like a pair of new running shorts :)

Those are very cute! I'm a Converse All star kind of gal. Hi top or lo, they've been my go to sneaker for years. HOWEVER, they're not so comfortable (were they ever?) so I've been thinking about getting a pair of Nike Frees.
