Hey that's my Sweetie gif! :) Oh, I see it's attributed to another artist, Iks83. Iks83 did post a very similar animation, but it had a shadow, no text, and no gradient in the eyes; and was submitted to DeviantArt 3 months after mine. I'm guessing Iks83's version is independent and not a rip of mine because of the eye color difference, and they just look the same because we were both tracing the same frames from the show. Anyway, I'm posting that here because I don't see a way to point this out at the site that's hosting it since it just seems to be an image host and nothing more. I agree. It was really weird how many people complained that princess/alicorn Twilight 'came out of nowhere'. It's like they've been watching a totally different show than I have.

They're giving you *more* ways to watch the characters. You don't have to watch if you don't like the way it looks. Although I find your prejudice that the show will be terrible based on a single image to be pretty silly; I expect you would have learned a lesson about that when you gave FiM a chance and discovered it was a good show, instead of just dismissing it after seeing one picture.
