I don't see this being significantly different from what would happen if the manuscript were found after Harper Lee died. In neither case would Harper Lee have a say in the matter. In either case, the book would be published. In either case, people would read it.

If, when she was of sound mind and body, she didn't want the book published, she could have asked that it not be. She didn't.

And even when authors say "I don't want this published after my death," those wishes are not necessarily respected (especially when there's money involved). Authors know this. Harper Lee was no fool.

I don't know all the facts about this. But from what I know now, it doesn't seem like something we should worry about.
