Thanks so much for posting this Gemma. I am sure that I could whip up a GF version. I must get my hands on Janelle's books. xx

I won a pack of method cleaning products on Sonia's blog, last year and I seriously love them! They smell lovely, and I love that they aren't toxic as hell.

We are working on eating cleaner here too. Our diet wasn't terrible but there was definitely room for improvement and I think I am feeling better for it. Overseas holiday plans sound fabulous!! x

I do what I can. I have been working as a social worker for 17 years. I try my best to make a positive impact to people that I interact with during my day. I try to notice. I guess that's all we can do. Try. xx

Hi Kate,
I have been running for a year now and I am loving it. I run twice a week - a long run (10km) and a short run (5-6km). I am wanting to increase the 10kms gradually in preparation for a half marathon next year.
My operation move project is to do a yoga dvd twice a week. I haven't done it at all yet - tomorrow is go!
Thanks for getting us to move! xx
