The Cloisters was EXACTLY my kind of thing and I had In Western Art History commentary running in my head the entire time.

NYC fare waived for the metro then i need to change trains at the next stop because the one I am on has a 50 block outage but this one takes me to the doors of Fort Tyron! Looking forward to the wandering and exploration. Sunblock powers activated!

I love the highline! Last night we dragged the 10 & 12 yr old on the subway to Brooklyn Heights to look at Lower Manhattan/Statue of Liberty/World Trade Center in one magnificent vista. Never before have you seen 2 kids SO RESISTANT to enjoying any of NYC. If they could stay in the hotel w wifi forever they would. Central Park was great!

And I love the Bean!
