I've been to Ireland twice and would gladly go back in a heartbeat. LIke Barb, I love Ballymaloe ketchup, but I got it here. Will have to go back to the store to see if I can get more - there's no comparison between it and our Americanized, overly tomatoey ketchup. I love this dish - so simple and yet tasty. Although I'm not a huge fan of green cabbage, with this combination of ingredients, I would gladly partake.

When I was pregnant (many moons ago), I developed a huge craving for citrus. It is no longer a craving, now just a total love, and when you mix various citrus fruits, well I just go wild. IMHO, it's a perfect way to ward off the winter blues.

I'm a huge fan of one-skillet dinners and this is definitely one to add to my list. Add an egg and it's breakfast for dinner:) Great SRC choice.
