One can worry themselves to death with the double guessing. A few years ago, I started to develop a habit of refusing to change a perfectly good plan just because of small bumps in the road, choosing to focus on the long haul instead. Like last night, I got my final report from last quarter (it was not good at all), but it does not change what I need to do next (finish my current work-in-progress and get it uploaded)--therefore, it is best that I just keep working on the WIP until it is done. Then I will allow myself a moment of doubt before moving on to the next item.

My father used to listen to Johnny Cash all the time. I have been accused of being bi-polar--I am not brave enough to go find out for sure. I used to hit brick walls with my bare fist...I don't do that anymore...but on a really bad day, I still get pretty self-destructive (the other day, I was burning artwork). *hug*
