I decided to have a special dinner last night for my brother's final night in Ohio before returning to New York City.. and shrimp was definitely going on the menu. I couldn't decide between this dish and "Greek Dish From Santorini" recipe from All Recipes. I ended up with the latter because, much like you, I wanted the shrimp to really shine. Also, we're a family full of wine-o's. I was really pleased with the dish (lots of white wine, lemon, parsley, tomatoes, and feta.. that didn't mask, but rather enhance the shrimp!) I still do want to give this recipe a shot.. I've been eyeing it since I received this months CL! .. but it's going to be hard to beat the dish we had last night. Simple flavors, yet so so absolutely delicious!

I feel you x 23423 on this post! I LOVE college.. it's definitely more "home" to me now than my real home. And my classes are boring the shit out of me too. I actually added on a new degree (Public Affairs Journalism) to my first Nutrition in Industry major. I've actually been considering dropping Nutrition completely though! It's not the "type" of nutrition I'm interested in, ya know? I don't want to learn about government guidelines for being healthy. There's so many types of health out there.. not one is right for everyone! I feel like I"m going to get in an argument with one of my teachers eventually hahah. But that's super cool that you're considering writing too.. I highly encourage it! You're a great writer, and you know it's something your passionate about already!
