Our family was just talking about that Ephesians verse yesterday. Also, thinking of John the Baptist preparing the way, and searching to see if I have a repentant heart, a prepared way for the Lord.

Oh, yeah. Overexcitement. I'm so prone to that.
One way I try to avoid is simply by taking a nap, saying no, and realizing that not everything is a "golden opportunity" that I just can't pass up.
