What a great post. I'm reading this as my boys are playing outside yelling at each other, sometimes from pure, unadulterated joy and others cause they are best friends driving each other nuts. I tend to do this too. Try fancy when all they want is simple. I've been cherishing time with my boys, we're too aware of how time is melting away and only a couple years till my oldest flies the coop. I took him to lunch this week and had chicken salad and he ate some of mine, and I'm realizing that picky little boy who solely ate chicken nuggets and mac and cheese has become a young man with good taste, an appreciation for other cuisines and a limitless appetite. :)

This is incredibly helpful. I've been making some free printables on my blog and they continue to be my most popular posts. I would to create my own product to sell, it was one of my goals for the year and I haven't started on it yet! Pinning this post. What software program do you use to create high res printables? I think I'm going to need something better than Picmonkey and Canva, they seem to get pixelated when I download it. I love writing out my goals and the promise of a new month. Ihad an EC planner last year and this year got a mega plum planner. It has a blog section added on and lots of notes pages but I'm actually thinking it's too big. I've discovered bullet journaling too and I just can't commit to a planner method it seems, I love them all!

Anyway, my goals are to get the outside spruced up too. We love spending time outside in spring and summer but need to get it tidied up for the year. I can hardly believe it's May already!
