John should wear a mask when painting, I think the fumes have got to him. I must admit I would love to see the Poway kings and Queen beg for Lowe's to stay as was the case in Denver when Lowe's closed a store after just 19 months. Maybe a news reporter could look into why the Lowe's project seems to be at a stand still. The good news is 50 percent of the employees at Wal-Mart quailfy for welfare. John thinks that if taxpayer money was used to move Toyota across the street to make way for Lowe's that makes Lowe's a private transaction. I think someone needs to turn the lights on at City Hall and watch them scatter. John should be asking why the City manager makes more then the Governor!!!

The tale of two cities is playing out on the Poway stage. The city leaders are involved in a high stakes game of risk. The Business Park seems to be more of a Boardwalk & Parkplace, while Poway Rd is slowly being turned into Baltic & Mediterranean. The Council and the Mayor seem to lack the understanding, that as they give special deals to one they put several business and employees out of work.
