The hillbilly is about the only character I could legitimately believe would survive a zombie apocalypse. The others are cannon fodder as far as I'm concerned. But I like that. It means when someone dies unexpectedly, I don't feel any great loss and I can still enjoy the show. The same could not be said of other favorites like "LOST," which was too painful to watch after some of my favorite characters went the way of the dodo. So I'll definitely stick with this show. But again, only so long as they don't kill off my Daryl.
