Like the photo challenge idea! I have been talking about what to give up for lent with my children and how it has to be a sacrifice and something that is a challenge. They suggested I give up yelling. Lol

Cottage Cheese interesting. I can see how it would work. I have also never thought of making lasagna in a round pan. So much easier to transport and for ...umm portion control. Lol

I remember the Cabbage Patch Craze as well. I got a knock off with pink hair. I was pretty disappointed. Doesn't sound as bad as a broken arm though. Now being a mom in search of the latest out of stock everywhere gift for my kids I totally get it.

You are so right about us parents (mostly mom's) knocking ourselves out trying too hard to make it a perfect memorable Christmas for everyone. We only end up burning out. I live narrowing it down to 3 moments. There are so many great ideas here!
