<description>This is fascinating - it reminds me of how business used to be &amp;#039;in the old days.&amp;#039; People liked a place, told their friends about it, and it slowly and steadily gained customers&amp;#039; loyalty and appreciation. I really admire this guy&amp;#039;s confidence and willingness to think out the box. I&amp;#039;m like you - I&amp;#039;d have a big sign up and be thinking of all sorts of strategies for pulling people in. But maybe we don&amp;#039;t give customers enough credit? </description>
