Ah yes, the no soda debate. I'll share some info with you, my hubby dropped his daily Mountain Dew a year ago and dropped 20 pounds. That's all he changed. Amazing what happens when we drop the sugar loaded liquids. Diet soda is even worse for you. I love my Dr. Pepper. I gave it up a year ago, ok not completely, I have one, maybe, a week as a reward for eating better. In time our body learns to go without the foods we like. Food allergies make it that more difficult.

To keep up with the cleaning I focus on one room a day. The kitchen gets attention after each use though. For cleaning ideas check out flylady.net This really helped me get my act together and fit in everything I needed to get done each day. I have a white board on the fridge so everyone in the family knows what needs to be cleaned each day. I do best with a morning workout. That way I have energy to get me through my day.
