@exchangerates I would definitely not spam people into using Twitter, or any platform for that matter. Here are some ideas:

- Let them know you're on Twitter through your email signature, post it on Facebook, etc.

- There are a few good videos on Twitter 101. I like the CommonCraft and the one from Howcast. Both are on YouTube. Post those on Facebook and your blog, if you have one.

- Hold a training session for a few people you know. We at Mindclay have held free Twitter sessions, and will announce our next one through here.

These are some good tips! As much as I love coffee, I would recommend a steady flow of tea rather than a coffee break. Use that break to close your eyes or take a walk instead. Good stuff!
