I have personally talked to many people that lost large sums of money in the last two years and subsequently withdrew their all of their funds. Obama's policies are to create money out of thin air (devaluing the currency in the process) and creating government jobs that do not produce.. No growth. They end up sucking the system dry and if you look at the country's deficit, you see the effects of this. Actually when China starts demanding funny things from us, then you will truly see the effects, but I digress... The looming of Obama's health care policy coupled with the Cap and Tax bill have stifled any recovery that he could have had with his inflated infusion. These policies scare away investors and lower what companies are willing to do to grow. Growth is required to get people to work and to recover the economy. So YES, we would be much better off with McCain who would have lowered taxes, incentivised growth, had the government stay out of the auto business, and allowed the free market to correct itself after years of LIBERAL policies from the Bush Administration. Meaning SPEND SPEND SPEND. The left used to have a problem with that, but I guess Obama spending as much as Bush did in eight years, in two, is no big deal.
