Want some facts?

The NLRB chairman, Wilma B. Liebman, was appointed by not only President Bill Clinton, but by Republican President George W. Bush, too, and eventually reappointed by Obama. Board members Brian Hayes and Mark G. Pearce were confirmed by the Senate, leaving only Craig Becker as the only appointee of Obama not to be confirmed - there is currently one vacancy.

No need to insult. As for your comments, you only seem to focus on the Bush issue by stating he compromised with leftists, which I see little evidence of. The NLRB was pro-management in the years under Bush. As for my other comments, you couldn't come up with something snappy regarding congressional approval?

"Stacked NLRB"? There is a George W. Bush appointed member on there, and all but one of the members have gone through congressional approval, so I highly doubt he is circumventing Congress...

Why is Gaffney celebrating the actions of Obama the Crpyto-Muslim? He probably killed Osama to distract America from his plan of implementing Shariah law!

We should be more afraid of Obama - he just issued an assasination against another person in another country, without that country even knowing it! Who's next? The leadership of England, Germany, or France when they cross him?
