As happy I was was with the verdict of IPI v. Red Hat (Red Hat prevailed in its defense and IPI lost the three patents they asserted against us), I would prefer to never again be called to defend against an infringement assertion. Certainly if we can move software out of the scope of patentable subject material, then I won't have to!
