I had to hit Urban Dictionary for both "molly" and "rolling". Back in my day, I don't think there was a separate word for an Ecstasy trip, mumble grumble lawn kids clouds... ;-)
It has to be said: I'll have what she's having!
Yeah, and it's not just morels. When the first British and European colonists came to the Americas, they naturally went out collecting mushrooms just as they had back home... and discovered the hard way that a lot of their traditional favorites had poisonous look-alikes over here. And then over time, the various human traffic carried spores along, both ways. So now on both sides, there are a lot of lovely edible mushrooms, with similar but deadly look-alikes....
Alternatively, it could be Famous Last Words, and the strip takes a sad turn. (Just lost an uncle, myself. :( )
Agreed on "amazing" -- but what I'm seeing here is, Eve is deeply stressed, and has been for days. And Diane, who we thought was a "spoiler"... turns out to be the mother-figure Eve needs to let her tell someone...
Also: Eve apparently mistook Mrs T. for her daughter until she turned around.... Nice family resemblance....
How about awkward conversation leading up to confrontation with "who he brung to the dance?"
And just what dreams is Eve pursuing by hiding in her work? Structures can be useful, and a big one can provide shelter for a while... but there's still the big wide world outside and that does have a lot of chaos. If you can't deal with the chaos, you can't deal with the world.
The eyes were a nice touch... I note the broom changed too, but then so did her clothes.. Chameleoning wouldn't be nearly as useful without clothes.
I don't think we've seen that, but that would be amazing.
